On the above departures on the booking of first adult on twin sharing at full cost, the second adult sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost. Offer is valid till the date of departure and is subject to availability of cabins.
Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is applicable on the above mentioned 01 departure only for all cabin categories- Deluxe / Junior Suite / Suite / Presidential Suite.
- The payment for the 01st Adult will be as per the normal terms and conditions and for the 02nd adult availing 50% discount, will have to make full non refundable payment.
- The commission for the 2nd Adult ( i.e. for whom 50% Tariff is applicable ) half of the regular applicable commission will be applicable.
- This offer is not transferable.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
- This offer is on First Come First Served Basis and depends on the availability of cabins/suites on the particular trip.
- Management reserves right to call back the offer at any moment.
- The decision of the Management is final in all disputes.
- Other general Terms & Conditions of Maharajas’ Express shall apply in addition to this.
- Offer is valid till the date of departure.
For IA/TA/PSA:
- The above offers are not applicable for guests who have already booked or blocked Cabins before the date of announcement of the offer. The blocking or booking of same guests by the agents or other agents in same or different departures will not be considered.
- Agents can sell any cabin category in the above mentioned departures.
Other Terms & Conditions :
It is further proposed to add below mentioned clauses in the Promo Offer:
Child policy:
- Single child (5 years -12 years) + one adult in a separate cabin: - Two adults fare on twin sharing basis.
- In such cases, where two adults fare are being charged, the second pax being child sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost paid. For any other permutation and combination the existing child policy will prevail.
Presidential Suite:
- In case two adults: the second adult sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost
- In case three adults: the second adult sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost and third adult on full cost
- In case four adults: the two adults sharing the same cabin will get 50% discount on the adult cost
Cancellation Charge:
In case of the cancellation the prevailing terms and conditions shall apply, keeping in view the below two points.
- In case of Promo offer A, the cancellation charges for the 1st Adult who pays full adult fare shall be charges as per the existing cancellation policy and the companion who pays 50% of the adult fare will be charged whole of the 50% as cancellation charge irrespective of no of days from the date of cancellation and the date of departure.
- In case of Promo offer B, the cancellation charges for both the Adults shall be calculated on Deluxe cabin and 50% amount of the difference between Jr Suite and Deluxe cabin shall all also be charged as cancellation charge irrespective of number of days from the date of cancellation and the date of departure.
- In case of No Show of 02nd adult on twin sharing cabin under the promo offer A and B, the applicable difference in amount calculated as per single occupancy cabin basis will be charged from the 01st adult .
